Year 1 Phone Support is included with the purchase of AutoTrak Repair Shop Software. This phone support includes questions pertaining to the operation and configuration of AutoTrak software.

Additional Phone Support can be purchased per incident at $2.00 / minute

or

Yearly Software Agreement which includes unlimited phone support for the entire year for $295.00

• DataTek has a 24 hour online website at www.datatekhelpdesk.com which may be purchased monthly or yearly. This website contains extensive resources pertaining to AutoTrak, Windows and other programs including service packs, patches, upgrades, and related information. The Fee for this service is $9.95 / month or $99.95 / year.

• DataTek also provides training for AutoTrak customers at their(DataTek's) location for FREE! This is a company policy and available to all AutoTrak users regardless of the purchase date. We can also provide on-site training for a fee. Call technical support for a fee schedule.

• DataTek, depending on the area and your budget, can provide on-site support for all AutoTrak issues and most network operating system issues that you may have. Call our technical support department for further details.

• DataTek can also provide phone support for non-AutoTrak issues for a fee of $2.00 / minute.

Upgrades and Custom Modifications

Software upgrades are released once per year per version.

Custom Modification pricing and availability is determined by the scope of work and the terms and conditions agreed upon by the support engineer.
